Sauces: practical for a quick dinner, served hot with the addition of bread croutons, a sprinkling of grated cheese and a few drops of extra virgin olive oil “Colli Dauni”. Excellent for dressing pasta and rice. They are all selected fresh vegetable or dried pulse based, cooked carefully and with a handmade method.
