This page describes the procedures for administering the site in reference to the processing of personal data of users. This data goes to constitute the connections record. This data is only used by Santa Maria to produce anonymous statistical information on use of the site and to check that it works correctly. The connections record is then kept at the disposal of the Judicial Authority and only shown when explicitly requested.

Those to whom the personal data refers have the right at any moment to obtain confirmation that their data exist, to find out the contents and origin of the data and to check that it is correct or ask it to be completed or updated, or corrected, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
