The Aromatic oil with lemon “Colli Dauni” comes from the simultaneous crushing of Peranzana olives and fresh Gargano lemons. With the intense aroma of lemons, the taste is delicate and not astringent, suitable for dressing fish carpaccio, salads, boiled and grilled meat.
The aromatic oil with basil “Colli Dauni” comes from the natural infusion of extra virgin olive oil and basil. Its delicate basil aroma makes it ideal for dressing salads, mozzarella with tomatoes, margherita pizzas; it is perfect for cooking as a basic ingredient for tomato sauces.
