With the “MARIA COSTANZA” preserves line, Ms Bosco, the founder of the Graco company, has intended to propose the ancient recipes of the Apulian tradition, exploiting the artisan work and the raw materials present in the territory.

The objective is to rediscover the taste of fresh vegetables preserved all year round in extra virgin olive oil.
The “Maria Costanza” oil preserves are always something useful to have in the larder as aperitifs, for preparing quick antipasti, stimulating side dishes for red and white meats, essential ingredients for rolls and sandwiches.
